Designed to enhance your skin’s own natural rejuvenation process and complement ESPA’s naturally powerful formulations, the LED Light Therapy Treatment produces clinically proven results for a profound improvement in the skins appearance, texture and tone.
LED light treatments use non-invasive light wavelengths to trigger skin cells to renew and replenish themselves more effectively.
The treatment increases collagen and elastin production and tissue oxygenation through a process called photobiomodulation.
These effects help skin cells to absorb topical skincare products more effectively and help rebuild the damage caused by the ageing process.

Spa Etiquette
Whether you’re a first-timer at Seckford Spa or a regular guest, we want to make sure we truly offer you the perfect escape. A relaxing and reviving visit to a unique spa experience in a peaceful setting.
What to bring Pack light! If you are joining us for a spa day, all you really need is your swimwear. Robes and slippers will be provided. If you are just visiting for a treatment, we recommend wearing comfy clothes that are easy to get in and out if you are having a massage, facial or body treatment. We provide lockers, toiletries, hairdryers are available in our changing rooms. We also have a luxurious retail Boutique, selling products from ESPA, Natural Spa Factory & Mii.
When you arrive Please head straight over to the spa, and on-site parking is available.
Your Spa Voice Softly does it! We do not expect you to be silent all of the time, but please try not to disturb the peace for those who are seeking it. Pop your phone away and escape the outside world.
Spa Experiences At Seckford Spa you can discover a range of spa experiences, including a sauna, steam room and relaxation areas. These are available as follows: Monday – Sunday 10am – 6pm Please refer to the T&Cs for your spa day for information about your arrival time, and time available in the spa. Your spa treatment(s) will be scheduled when you book. Treatments are available between the following hours: Monday – Sunday 10am – 6pm
Spa Café Eat, Drink and Relax. The Spa Café is the perfect accompaniment to your spa experience. Fresh flavours combined with a sparkling selection of drinks make for a refreshing pause during your time in the spa. Many of our spa day experiences include refreshments on arrival and an allocation from our spa menu; our spa receptionist will be able to help with any questions you have about this. A spa schedule detailing your Spa Experience will be provided upon arrival.
Booking Treatments Our treatments are very popular, we advise you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
During your treatment If you have a treatment booked please arrive 15 minutes beforehand to give you time to complete our short medical form. We advise that during treatments men wear swimming trunks or shorts and women wear briefs or swimsuits.
